Who am I?

As a life coach and mentor, my mission is to help you live life to the fullest by serving as your ultimate accountability partner. A true coach is very different from a friend or a 'yes man'—I am here to help you set meaningful goals and actually achieve them. Think of me more as a philosopher who explores life alongside you, rather than a someone who might dictate how you should live. My role is to act as a mirror, helping you discover your true self rather than trying to change who you are. While a therapist often focuses on healing past trauma, my focus is firmly on your future: helping you maximize the resources you have right now to create the life you want moving forward.

 Other Questions and Answers

  • You have countless resources available to you: your family, your friends, your colleagues, therapists, pastors, books, the internet, AI and more. Why meet with me?

    • You get to meet with a real person, face to face

    • Our conversations are private and confidential

    • You get to develop tangible, useful goals and real strategies for helping you achieve them

    • You have someone there with you to reassess and provide motivation as you go

    • You get a unique, 3rd party perspective from someone with an immense capacity to understand and who deeply cares

  • Your life coach should be someone who will actually listen to you - to what you say and what you mean. It should be someone who works to truly understand you and who genuinely cares. I am a man who believes that everything we do in this life matters and has a real impact, so I genuinely want to see you live your life to the fullest. I will be there to inspire and push you to your best self and fullest life. I’m not in your social circles or here to judge you. I am here to see the best in you, understand the bad in you, and connect it all to foster growth - all while being realistic and practical. Having someone like that in your life is what I bring to the table.

  • Everything in 2026 is FREE!

That includes creating goals, formulating strategies, communication, reassessing, meetings, and everything else that goes into accomplishing your goals.

This is my first year, and I am looking to gain experience.

  • Absolutely. This is your life, your goals, and your story. It is not mine to share with anyone else.

  • The end goal is for you to find your peace, to understand who you are and what you want out of life, to understand what it will take to get where you want to go, and to make the most of the resources you have with the time you have left. The ultimate goal is the same for us all - to grow, and I consider it immense personal growth for me, if I am able to be any small part of your growth.
